We have two options available for you to choose
from, they are:
Option One:
We will pay 100% of the Market Value of your
property.
• 80% now and 20% after 10 years
• You will Stay In Your Home and
pay a fair market rent
• Option to buy back
• You can stay as long or as short
a time as you wish, subject to rent being paid.
Example:
Property Valuation:
£100,000
You will recieve:
£100,000
Now:
£80,000
In 10 Years:
£20,000
You are
not tied
for the full ten years, however if you decide to leave during
this period you will not be
entitled to any future bonuses
or the remaining 20%.
Option Two:
We will pay 85% of the Value of Your Home
We
will pay a one off 85%
You will pay a fair market rent as
a tenant
There is an option to buy the property back
if you wish.
